LGBTQIA+
I provide gender-affirming care for those exploring gender identity or transitioning. I provide psychological assessments and reports for those who are working with medical professionals during hormone therapy or as they are exploring gender affirmation surgery. Grief & PTSD
The death of a loved one, illness, job loss, not meeting a goal, trauma and many common life experiences can cause mental and physical symptoms that interfere with daily functioning. No matter the source of your grief, trauma, or PTSD I'm here to help you process the complexities and express things you may not be able to articulate or want to say to family or friends — particularly if they’re also grieving or unaware of your suffering.
Ages 8-19
As children develop, various challenges may arise due to a host of factors. Early intervention is critical. I provide a safe, nurturing space for future adults to express themselves, gain coping skills, and navigate this transitional phase with resilience and confidence.

We are in the process of adding more insurance providers. Your health insurance or EAP plan may cover services fully or partially. Please check your insurance benefits by calling the customer service number on your card and asking them for your "Outpatient Mental Health Benefits."

The standard fee for an online or in-person counseling appointment is $135 per session.
